For the past two years, Gehad has been working passionately in Mo\u00fbtiers. But behind his impeccable routes, he’s also fighting an uphill battle against the wild uberization of the sector. Along with his colleagues, he is fighting to defend the values of the regulated cab, a local, safe service that respects the rules. <\/span><\/p>

This winter, this struggle has cost him dearly.<\/span>

He was summoned to appear before the Albertville court on May 12, 2025, recognized as a victim, but also accused of possessing a means of defense in this context of insecurity.<\/span><\/p>

This just struggle has had a profound impact on his personal and professional life.<\/span>

A solidarity fund has been set up to help cover his legal fees.<\/span>
