The Court of Appeal had noted that drivers were picking up customers following prior reservations made via the service, without returning to the place of business between journeys. However, the driver of a transport vehicle must &#8220;return, between two journeys, to the place of business of the vehicle operator or to a place off the carriageway where parking is authorized&#8221; (C. transports, art. L. 3122-9).
